Malidzano and bread

Malidzano Creamy Salad Spread – Recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes         Cook time: 0 minutes

Yield: 10 servings



  • 370ml jar of MALIDZANO – By EuroBalkan Shop
  • 30ml (2 tablespoons) of mayonnaise
  • 5ml (1 teaspoon) of mustard
  • 200 ml (or to taste) of sour cream
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 2 walnuts
  • black pepper
  • salt

Optional : Parsley



1. Scoop an entire 370ml jar of Malidzano (available at the EuroBalkan Shop) into a clean mixing bowl

2. Add mayonnaise, mustard and sour cream to the Malidzano.

3. Lightly fold in 1 clove of finely chopped garlic and 2 roughly chopped walnuts

4. Add salt, pepper and parsley to taste

5. Spread on freshly baked bread, or serve as a dip for chips and/or fresh veggies!
